I and Me

I lie beneath me
I sleep under me
My burden is so huge,
I can hardly breathe,I can barely see
I can't remember when last was I with me?
Or am I trapped in my own subterfuge?
I was never outside the realm of me.
World is like a multicolored show to me
With my inflating ego to satisfy
I have forgotten to care for the me
Overwhelmed by my layers,I succumb to me
Is there a truth that I defy?
Someday I hope to elope with me
Someday I will set myself free
And then I will never turn back again
To you, to them or to me
I will be at peace with me
In the lightened solitary lane
